Functional Skills

As part of Edresource’s ongoing aim to provide the resources tutors need, we will endeavour to offer a range suitable for students’ functional skills preparation, in good time for the roll out.

We appreciate that colleges and further education establishments are already preparing for this new challenge, as are we. We will provide vocationally themed development resources and practice test questions for literacy and numeracy, as well as general resources, well in advance of functional skills becoming the national requirement. These resources will be available as photocopiable sheets and on disc, to allow you to print direct from your personal computer, and all at our highly competitive rates.

As standards and guidelines regarding functional skills are still in draft format for the duration of the pilot we cannot set a definite date for publication of these resources.
